Black and White Wednesday: Meaty feast

October 5, 2011 by nadel&gabel

Wednesday – perhaps apart from Saturday the best day in the week for me. Why? Because it happenend to be that wednesday is my school-free day in the week and – great coincidence – market day! Todays outcome: Tuscan fennel salami, Calabrian hot Nduja sausage, a bit of medium-aged pecorino cheese, focaccia bread with oregano and some small, ripe figs – dinner can come. Come and join Black and White Wednesday.
