This blog post is dedicated to a single glorious product, a Calabrian sausage speciality called nduja. “A sausage? Your making a fuss about a sausage?!” – Yes, because nduja is so much more than a simple sausage (And as a German I know what I am talking about):
Wednesday – perhaps apart from Saturday the best day in the week for me. Why? Because it happenend to be that wednesday is my school-free day in the week and – great coincidence – market day! Todays outcome: Tuscan fennel salami, Calabrian hot Nduja sausage, a bit of medium-aged pecorino cheese, focaccia bread with oregano and some small, ripe figs – dinner can come.
