Oriental yoghurt – Sweet, tart and fresh!

Since I bought Jerusalem a few months ago, I am in a kind of oriental cooking phase. New years eve dinner – A french start into 2012

No need to spend many words on this years New Years Eve dinner, just: A delicious and pleasant start into 2012! Thanks to my co-chefs and co-eaters! 1.
